Die Formel

Rectangle volume = Length × Width × Thickness

Rechenbeispiel: A 12 × 10 ft pad at 4 in: 12 × 10 × 0.333 = 40 ft³ ÷ 27 ≈ 1.48 yd³ (≈ 1.13 m³).
